Liverpool F.C. Season Scrapbook 1892/93-93/94: Before They Were Red

Liverpool F.C. were formed in the summer of 1892 to fill the void at Anfield after the Everton club, it's first tenants, moved out. In their first year of existence they won the championship of the Lancashire League, one of the strongest organisations outside of the still fledgeling Football League. Elected to the Second Division of the Football League they won that title too at the first time of asking. From non-existence to League One in two years and two championships! This is the story of that meteoric rise, told through the press of the time.

Every match of both seasons covered, including full period match report and additional commentary by the author.
